Welcome to Five Cents Friday where I share my 5 favorite posts of the week. I wanted to begin this weekly series by listing blogs that discuss some of my favorite 5 blogs and why. I have several hobbies so I thought it would be good to share with you the 5 blogs that I follow on a regular basis and why these blogs help me keep my life organized, fun, interesting, and of course on budget.
This post hit home for me. I felt like I was reading an old journal page. While I didn’t experience domestic violence, I have experienced my fair share of pain and bad relationships. Flashbacks would try to make me believe I wasn’t worthy of what God had in store for me but I have to remember that no one can hinder what God has in store for me or you. Check out her blog for more great posts on self love, healing, and more.
My closet needs some serious organization!!! I clean it out at least once a month and feel like I haven’t made any headway. It’s so full that my husband had to move into our guest bedroom closet. We have no plans to move right now so I need help desperately. Thanks to this post, I have developed a plan of attack. Our closet is still small so instead of organizing by season, I will move our winter clothes (does Florida have winter) and evening wear into one closet in order to move my husband back into the bedroom. Check out her other blog posts for other great organizing ideas.
Body image is something we’ve all struggled with. Some want a flatter stomach, tighter arms, and a little less junk in their trunk. While it’s totally normal to have those feelings, we must remember that we are who we are. We are all made up of different shapes and sizes. This post reminds us the most important thing is to be your best self at all times. Find out how by checking out her latest post now.
If you’re a blogger, writer, or a business owner you NEED TO READ THIS POST!!!!! I’m a new blogger and still trying to find my voice. This post stood out to me because I struggle with confidence, and have issues prioritizing my time and posts. I haven’t attempted to write for other sites but that is my dream and this post gave me the push I needed to plan for the growth of my blog as well as guest posting.
Everyone needs a hobby. I didn’t have to worry about trying new things. Now that I’m married things have changed. I love spending time with my husband but we don’t have the same interests so it was important for me for us to find things we enjoy together. If you and your honey are struggling in the hobby department check out the post where I give you step by step tips on how to find a hobby or activity both of you will enjoy.
