Hello March! ⠀ It’s the last month of the firs Hello March!
⠀
It’s the last month of the first quarter of the year. I’m finally feeling like myself. After giving birth in January, my newest addition hit a roadblock. Diagnosed with a milk allergy, it took forever to get him comfortable which mean more than usual sleepless nights. He wouldn’t sleep during the day either. Finally got that handled and he’s much more content now.
⠀
Now I feel like I can focus more on my business and my self care. So I have four things I’m excited about this month.
⠀
1. Operation snap back. I’m slowing easing into an exercise regimen and incorporating healthy eating. More smoothies, water, and the like.
⠀
2. Celebrating our 5 year wedding anniversary with my love.
⠀
3. Introducing my new service.
⠀
4. Attending the @virtualassistantsbrunch 2020 Vision Slayers Conference in Orlando.
⠀
So excited for what’s to come this month and beyond.
⠀
What are you excited about this month?

A few reasons I love February...... ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

3. It’s my husband’s birthday month.
4. It’s Leap Year which is fun.
5. A new month means a you have another month to work on your goals.
Wishing you and your family a Merry Christmas and Wishing you and your family a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.
My word of the year for 2020 is Implement. 2019 h My word of the year for 2020 is Implement.

2019 has been a bit of a rollercoaster emotionally, physically, and spiritually. I unexpectedly found I was pregnant again when my son turned 8 months old. My hormones went haywire again and I was grieving my old life of independence. I was sad a lot. Masking it because I’m supposed to be strong all the time.
While I worked on my business, some days I didn’t have the energy. I consumed a lot of information but it wasn’t moving the needle forward.
How was I going to get my mojo back?
How was I going to be the wife and mom I knew I could be if I kept looking back and consuming more information?

So I started praying and working through some things to get my mind back on track. After a coaching call with @the_launch_guild I realized that I needed to implement what I learned and take a leap to trust myself more. Taking ownership of your decisions is important and Tasha will make you do it like or not, which I so needed.
In order to see a real change not only in my business but in my personal life, I need to implement what I’ve learned.
